"Freeman" was founded in 2006, with 6 members(4 guys and 2 girls). Four of them are music teachers from a contemporary music college and some are former members of the renowned Chinese a cappella group "Tadpole". All members are talented vocalists in both group singing and solo parts.
Freeman owned several Best Group Awards in various singing contests including the CCTV National Youth Singing Contest. In the summer of 2012, they won the championship of
Representing the authentic style of Chinese a cappella, they have performed all around the nation. In the same time, they are also familiar with different styles of western music including R&B, Pop, Jazz, Rock, Latin, etc. The group's audiences have always been deeply impressed by their powerful and passionate performance.
