The name of Gayó Singers consists of the word “GAY” and “VOICE”, the pronunciation of Gayó sounds like cheer-up in Chinese. All of our singers are gay. Through our music , we hope we can give some energy to the LGBT community and let others have a better understanding of LGBT people so as to eliminate discrimination and create a type of LGBT subculture.
