The International Champion Group in A Cappella Championships Singapore 2013.
Brought together in 2009, Lasagna has been active in bringing vocal sensations to audiences across the regions (Hong Kong, Singapore, Macau and various cities in Mainland China). The group has won many recognitions/awards including the International Champion in A Cappella Championships Singapore 2013 . Lasagna has been invited as guest performer with the world-famous a cappella group from Switzerland - "The Glue" in their world tour in Hong Kong. In Jan 2013, Lasagna has been invited to an interview with Metro Radio FM104 in a Music Program.
Lasagna has been invited to perform in many events for different Government/Commercial organizations and NGOs such as Hong Kong Cultural Centre, Asia Television, Hong Kong Airport Authority, Macau Tap Seac Art Fair, Xiamen Seafront Music Plaza, Zero-Carbon Building, World Trade Centre, Panda Hotel, Island East Market, Stanley Market, HKUST, Aberdeen Baptist Lui Ming Choi College, etc.
The group members also have taken leading roles in various musical theatre productions over the years, such as “The Wedding Singers”, “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying”, “Aida”, “Guys and Dolls” and “Grease”.
Lasagna represented the group’s approach to music – as each layer of lasagna builds on top of each other to create a wholesome dish, all voices blend from low to high notes to breathe life into melodies.
